      Anonymous employee
      Salt Lake City, UT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Utah Transit Authority (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2012

      Interview

We did a group interview with the Humane resource department and train host upper management. They asked about 30 questions and it lasted about an hour. Most of the questions dealt with conflict resolution and they asked a lot for examples of how we work without being under constant supervision.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you handle stressful situations. give us an example of a disagreement with a customer or co worker and how you resolved the issue.
