Utah State Legislature interview questions

1. Applied via email to posting listed on Utah Leg site. Very clear and easy process. 2. Received response requesting for a facetime/skype interview since I was out of state within a week of applying. 3. Panel interview with office staff and director of team via video conference. 4. received invite to 2nd round on-site in SLC for 1-on-1 with director for 45 mins. Pretty casual. Onsite is paid for by the State (transportation, hotel, meals) 5. decision made quickly and professionally.
