Very quick interview, you are in a room with about 30 people while you fill out a application, and wait until they call you. once I was called for the interview it was only about 5 minutes of a discussion.

Very relaxed, over the phone. Simple questions that didn't require much elaboration. High value placed on alignment with company values. Emphasis on community atmosphere and working as part of a team.
