Extremely well organized by HR. Initial phone call with HR, follow-up phone call with hiring manager, long-form in-person interview with formal presentation / tech talk, lunch, and company tour. Very professionally run and provided feedback within a few days.

Explain the impact of various changes to the geometry on a gimbaled thrust.
It was short but I didn't get selected. I felt like I answered the questions well. No technical questions so I was surprised that I didn't move past the round.

Easy, straightforward, thorough. Friendly manager. Seemed pretty flexible, although eventually turned down because of logistics related to location (Berthoud, CO). Interview primarily consisted of how my experience relates to the role of question, and that's about it.
