Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked to give a self introduction and they were asking about the roles and responsibilities in the previous organisation .
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Urbanrise (Hyderābād) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. It started with a face-to-face round in Hyderabad with Mr. Praveen, which I cleared successfully. The very next day, there was a screening this also i cleared successfully. Swathi seo next followed by a portfolio discussion. That also cleared and Bharani told me to come on next day but i decide to not move further anymore because... The entire process was conducted over calls with no official communication via email, which made it feel unofficial and chaotic. All coordination was handled by Rayala Bharani, who managed the rounds without any formal structure. Multiple rounds were conducted with different people, but the lack of transparency, documentation, and corporate etiquette was disappointing. This kind of process reflects poorly on the company’s image and does not align with standard professional hiring practices.

Question 1
One of the most impractical requests was to showcase my portfolio with live social media links. They asked for live examples of work posted on social media platforms, which is an unusual and irrelevant expectation—especially since professionals typically don’t include social media posts in formal portfolios unless it's directly related to social media management. It felt like a pointless exercise and not a genuine way to assess skills or credibility.
