I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Urban Lending Solutions in Sep 2017
Interview
POSSIBLE SCAM!!!
I just got a phone call from this company and they said I was considered for a leadership role because of my interpersonal skills and not my background. When I asked for what job position I was considered for, they couldn't give me a specific job title and just rambled on that this was a leadership role. They went on saying that they would train and no experience was needed. An unknown leadership role that didn't require any experience and just friendliness?? That was too good to be true.
When I tried to further research the company online, Google said they were permanently closed. The location that I was told on the phone was Anaheim Hills and I couldn't find a website or a physical address anywhere.
I just want to post this here because Glassdoor was one of the top search results and I know they will be calling more people who are desperately looking for an opportunity and just graduated or early in their careers.
If you have better luck than me on the internet, I would still suggest you to think twice before going to an interview because they don't even have a clear address or website anywhere.
They only asked for my availability to go in for an interview, but no other phone screening questions. Below are the questions that I asked them and they couldn't answer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Lending Solutions (Broomfield, CO) in Jul 2016
Interview
I initially interviewed for a different job with ULS, but when they noted my appraisal background experience, the chief appraiser called me and asked if I would be interested in the job as a reviewer and if so could I meet with his branch manager in Broomfield. That interview went well and I was offered the job with a wage that was commensurate for the position.
