I interviewed during the store opening interviews for Annex. I went through one interview with HR and got the job. It was fairly straightforward. When I did witness interviews with more store level management and employees at the coffee shop, it seemed much less professional.

They want to get to know you as a person and not just a piece of paper with your name on it. Once you get an offer you will go through training to understand how everything runs smoothly as well as learning about the food and beverages.
