I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uprise Health in Dec 2023
Interview
I received a request for an interview very quickly after applying. I spoke with the Manager first. I was told there would be 3 interview total: a second with the CTO and a third with the team. After speaking with the Manager, he scheduled me a follow up with the CTO for the following week. All was going well and the CTO said she would get the Manager to set up my final interview. Then at the very end, she asked me if I had a spouse and/or children- which is illegal- but I was taken so off guard that I answered. I never heard back from anyone. They completely ghosted me. Also, the salary listed for the job was 20k less than the offer I did end up accepting at another employer for the same job.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume. Describe how you work a bid start to finish. What tools do you use/are you familiar with. Describe your SME relationships/how you get info on a dealine. Why are you a good fit.
Interviewed with HR by phone. Second Interview via zoom with A/R Manager. It was easy and by the end of the interview I was told that I will interview with the last person (Controller). A/R Manager pretty much said I was a perfect fit, etc. However, there was no follow up email or phone call to let me know the next steps. They simply ignored my follow up emails. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uprise Health (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
The first interview with HR included basic questions. The second interview with the supervisor also had basic questions, but more in-depth on how my experience relates to this position. Both interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes but probably lasted about 10-15min. I was scheduled for a second interview within the week. They are quick to answer any questions.
