Interview
I applied and was offered the job a year ago. However, I didn't take the position. I have a masters degree and have been working in director-level positions in the field for years and the offer was for less than $50,000. I found out that their top-tier salary (say for employees that have been working there for 20 years) is less than $65,000. In the Silicon Valley area, these salaries are ridiculous and hardly a living wage.

Interview
I interviewed with two Program Managers and they asked basic interview questions and gave a couple of scenarios. It was comfortable and felt just life a dialogue than only asking standard questions from a sheet.

Interview
Interview panel with 4-5 other applicants and about 3-4 EMQ managers. We were all asked the same questions with plenty of opportunity to elaborate on answers without being rushed. All applicants had an opportunity to answer a question first. The interviewers were polite and very helpful in understanding what experience and talents we brought to the table. The agency was prompt about letting me know about next steps.

Interview
Although they asked a few tough questions, I really liked their sense of humor. The interview consisted of 5 women (as the interviewers) but it was nothing like a panel. We sat in a table and basically had a conversation. They did ask a few tough questions (scenario) but they were so polite and funny that they helped relieve stress.
