Interview is basically pointless - they don't reject anyone.
You fill out a paper application and give them a copy of your resume. About half an hour later, the manager comes out and introduces himself, and tells you that we're waiting on the other candidates to arrive.
The "interview" takes place with all the other people, and is basically Hector telling you about himself and the company. Everyone sits in one room and he asks some basic questions. About a day later, you get a phone telling you, congratulations, you've been accepted.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unlimited Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2019
Interview
It was a group interview where you have to wait up to an hour after you we’re scheduled to come in because hector is “busy” and you can tell the manager hector only likes to hire uneducated minorities
