Interview
Will give you the tldr version.
The founder’s wife, will ask you, if you were a fruit, what fruit would you be. So you get the idea of how stupid of a work place. Also, they will make you do stupid assignments and will never give any constructive feedback but will have no problem to correct a small typo.
