You apply online and go through the screening process. You will be asked personality based questions to see if you're a team player or not. After you're finished applying online, you'll get a phone call back to get an interview in-person about a week later. You'll most likely get asked questions about other times you encountered a problem and how you solved it. What you like most about the experience and what you disliked about it.
