The whole process was inefficient and stretched out over 3 months. I applied online and heard back about a month later from HR. I did an HR screen, 2 separate manager interviews, and then a 3 hour in-person session where I did 3 interviews and gave a presentation on a past project I had worked on. In the 2 weeks after the in-person session, I was sent generic update emails thanking me for my patience and that they were still evaluating next steps. Then they were ultimately ghosting me until I asked directly for another update. My experience interviewing here left me feeling like they didn't respect my time.
