Interview
I was very professional and informative. The HR rep was very knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. The interview question were in depth. I feel completely at Even when they didn't make a successful decision they showed that they learned from their experiences, and that they were comfortable handling critical feedback and were strong on collaboration.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Universal Insurance Holdings (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Interview
The interview process was subpar. The interviewer reviewed my resume and based upon my recent work experience, decided whether they felt I was qualified or not for the position in which I was applying for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Insurance Holdings (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Sep 2019
Interview
Got an email in response to my resume and was scheduled to come in. I got in and was greeted by a ton of security which I found odd. Got interviewed first by 2 legal assistants, then by the Attorney I would be working with if hired. Then got interviewed by the managing attorney for the department and then was sent on my way. Too many steps to end up not even sending a follow up e-mail either declining or offering the position. Too many people to meet with on the first day when in my set up email I was told I would meet with one person.
