They invite you for a group orientation where you sit in a room with about 15 other people, they tell you about the position and the company and then HR will call you into their room one by one to interview.

Group interview with about twenty candidates. All who wanted the position were given access to seasonal, on call call center work. Very brief one on one interview with about three questions. Five minutes of very basic interviews questions and conversation.
