Interview
1) Initial one on one interview with several general technical questions about communication, specific design patterns, c++ classes etc.
2) Additional One on one technical interview with 2 or 3 questions
3) Full day exam - 9:00-16:00. Coding assignment in C/C++
4) interview with head of HR

Question 1
write a protocol for converting user-defined structs to buffers and for converting received buffers back into structs.
I had to come pysically to the company, the interview was from early in the morning untill the end of the day. I had to sit with my laptop and try to solve the problem.
