I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at United Talent (Beverly Hills, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I did the externship, which helped significantly in securing an interview. Did all 3 rounds of interviews, with my final round resulting in a "not right now". I was not rejected, but told that they were holding off on hiring. Was reached out to again for interviewing but the process went on for over a year
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at United Talent
Interview
The most discombobulating and unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. A recruiter would schedule an interview, cc HR colleagues, and then they would stand me up. Took an entire month of back and forth for HR to set up an actual second-round interview, only for the hiring manager to not even show up. The entire process felt disrespectful, and the company comes across as disorganized.
quick with recruiter, lots of questions and little emotion from the recruiter, very open to communicating after the interview to check up on timelines. Questions back to back with little discussion

Question 1
When was a time that you had to handle an obstacle
My interview with UTA was fast-paced and insightful. The team asked thoughtful questions, emphasized collaboration and adaptability, and made me feel both challenged and welcomed in a professional, dynamic environment.
