Recruiter, then three in person followed by a final phone with the RSM. The process took around two months with a start to finish of four months. Then the drug tests and background check after offer letter was received.

Interview
they have a 4 stage interview process 1 - there is an online assessment (I found it fun as it was all logic based questions) 2 - phone interview with their internal recruiter - in this round they are just ensuring that you have the skills/experience that directly matches the needs highlighted in the job posting and a few "tell me about a time" questions mostly related to your conflict resolution strategies with both customers and internal team members 3 - phone interview with a senior manager - I am waiting to hear back if I made it through to this round but I think this will be a little more in-depth that the last round. They will dig for more details behind my caims 4 - in-person interview with the local Branch Manager.I would assume by this point every candidate is "qualified" to do the job so they will be looking for the person who will best fit in with their existing team
