I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Pumping Service (Industry, CA)
Interview
After filling out an application I got a call back 3 months later.
They just told be to be there by 6:00 A.M..
At 6:00 A.M. a man walked in the lobby and asked who I was. He then led me right to the semi and said "Do whatever it is you do before driving the truck and let me know when you are ready."
I pre-tripped and we took off. He had me do basic things such as making a turn here and there. It was simple as long as you know how to drive a semi and back it into a parking space.
From there he asked me to enter his office and right there they offered my a position.
Turned out this man is the owner of the company and has great moral character.
