1.)Communication Test is my first round of interview
2.)Then followed by Telephonic Interview by the Client side.
3.)And i had a Face to Face interview with the Management Team.
4.) After i got Confirmed at last i had a Document verification with the management team.

As I am a fresher, they just checked with my communication skills.One of our HR asked me a formal question of TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF, I just made it clear with my points and made it simple to judge him I have good communication in handy.
