Interview
After submitting the resume, they called for an in-person interview, which lasted about 40-45 minutes with one hiring manager and one technical supervisor. The hiring manager describes the job duties, perks, and benefits and the technical supervise asked about the jobs in details.
Confounded with the whole process, as they said more rather than asking a bunch of questions. HR described all the benefits, perks of the position, and interviewed for personally. Then a senior Geologist asked subject related questions.

Interview
Basically you’ll begin your interview with HR and they will go over your potential benefits and how great the office culture is. Then you transition to speaking to your department supervisor where he mostly talks to you. Neither really ask you about your experience because they generally hire people right after graduation so they don’t expect you to have any. Be excited nod and smile.
