I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Unispace
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter, and went on to have two interviews. After my second interview, I checked in but was ultimately 'ghosted' for two months until a vague email came back to say things were 'in the works'. I then never heard back.
I found this to be extremely unprofessional, rude, and ultimately a very disappointing process.
I applied online and it took over a month just to schedule an interview, which felt unnecessarily slow. During and after the interview, communication from the hiring team was very poor of my follow-up emails were ignored, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. While the company may have potential, the process left me frustrated and disappointed
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Unispace (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Fast, good engagement, well organised. The feedback during the interview was somewhat misleading as they said they needed exactly someone like me but didn’t make an offer. After having the “no” I asked them for feedback and they said nothing was wrong and I was a good candidate, perhaps too good, which I found disappointing as feedback.
