      I interviewed at Uni-Fuels

      Interview

      The company operates in an interesting and fast-paced segment of the marine fuels market and appears to attract candidates with strong commercial and international backgrounds. However, the recruitment experience was disappointing in terms of communication and transparency. Despite submitting an application and following up appropriately, there was no response or acknowledgment at any stage of the process. This suggests a lack of structured hiring communication and limited candidate feedback, which is particularly important for competitive, client-facing roles where professionalism is expected on both sides. While the business itself seems dynamic and commercially relevant, the recruitment process does not reflect the same level of structure or responsiveness one would expect in such a market-facing environment.
