You have to live action teach which gives you a feel of how to work with the lesson plans. They are very open to teaching! They will make you redo a lot and continue practicing even during the interview to give you a feel of what it’s really like to work at Uncommon.

Question 1
How you would go about teaching a certain text or themes.
The interview process was long. You shadow other teachers and then you’re given something to stand up and teach in front of different principals from the schools and they pick who they want.
Personal and in depth questions. Got a vibe for the community. They were prepared with information about their mission and school. Also, great to meet multiple people I would be working with.
