Typical interview process. Asked a lot of personal questions and really wants to get to know you as a person and your short/long term goals. You meet at America's Mart and it's really cool to hear the background of their company and where it is now. They explain to you how the business runs and you feel like you learn stuff from the interview. Be personable and respectful. They're not looking to hire anyone who doesn't want to put forth the effort. Be yourself and respectful and you will ace the interview.

It was a one-on-one phone interview. It began with the recruiter telling me about the agency and what a day-to-day intern does. Then I was about 5 basic interview questions. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
