Was reached out by a recruiter about two weeks after applying. Had an interview with hiring manager, then completed a technical assessment. After technical assessment, had a follow up technical interview that consisted of going through my solution to the technical assessment and implementing two new features on top of my existing solution. The company then completely ghosted me for 3 weeks after the interview and I have yet to receive any feedback, follow up interviews, or a hiring/rejection decision. Completely unprofessional and informal hiring process.

Extremely poor candidate experience for Senior-level roles. After a final panel interview, the company went completely silent for nearly three weeks. Ghosting a candidate for weeks after they’ve invested significant time in technical deep-dives is unprofessional and suggests a disorganized internal culture. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Interview
The interview consisted of three rounds: phone screening, interview with hiring manager, and panel. I found the interview to be straightforward and easy.
I never write a review and I found it disrespectful and appalling that the Head of HR joined the interview 20 minutes late. It’s unacceptable and I’m glad I didn’t move to the next round because I was about to withdraw my application. The lack of timeliness and professionalism are big red flags.
