Interview
Came and did a weld and fab test. Came in and weld two pieces of steel together. I used a roller to roll some steel and a press brake to bend steel at a 90 degree angle. Very easy.

Basically just looked over my resume and didn't ask me any specific question. He just shot the breeze with me. Easiest interview I ever had.
