The hiring process has two rounds
1 . Technical interview. (One of the executives of the PPC dept would take your interview)
There they rate your communication skills, technical knowledge, etc.
2. HR round.

Interview
It was a single technical interview round.
Asked basic questions based on tooling and manufacturing.
The interviewers were quite friendly but they do test your stress in difficult situations by disagreeing to your answers.
