You begin with a standard phone interview followed by an in-person interview if you pass the phone interview. If you are offered the position, HR will contact you in a timely manner afterwards. Pretty straight forward hiring process.

Interview
First interview was over the phone, very basic simple question, mostly about pay. Next interview was with the Charge Nurse of the unit, zoom interview, more complicated questions about your experience, what you learned from them, etc.
