Una videollamada via Teams, donde la entrevistadora sin casi mirar a la pantalla lee la descripción del proceso sin saber bien lo que se pide. Indicar que ha sido una de las peores entrevistas, mal preparada y con prisas. Durante proceso tuvo que atender llamadas de la puerta hasta 3 veces porque le llevaban cosas de Amazon.

Interview
Firstly Cv /resume shortlisting via company career page / website, secondly, telephonic conversation from the company HR and followed by virtual interview for around 30 minutes on Google meet or zoom.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UST in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview was good. The lenght of the interview was for 30 mins. The interviewer did not ask much about the resume but questioned more on the technicals about the role. Provided about 5 mins to let the interviewee ask questions.
Interview went well , questions were good and Simple based on Agile methodology. Personal was profession and knowledgeable.
Many questions were around People management and Process oriented.
First round was HR , followed by Core Technical questions and Final Management round for Salary Negotiation.
