i met a recruiter at a school career fair after that it took about 4 weeks to hear back get the date for an onsite interview. I showed up fifteen minutes early and ended up waiting that plus an extra thirty minutes for the hr rep to show up. after that there was a tour of the facility. Then it was on to the interviews.There was three separate interviews, the first was mostly behavior questions i.e. given this situation how would you handle it. the second was more technical they focused on java since that was my background and had some SQL questions. the third was more technical questions and questions about what I thought about the facility. after leaving i waited 3 weeks to get a rejection letter through the mail, not sure why they couldn't of sent an email but ok.
