USP Partner interview questions

I had to send my cv and motivation letter and then was invited for an interview per email and each candidate was put in a pair to do the interview. That was really nice to have a fellow candidate with me and the interview turned to be a friendly conversation between the four of us. The two candidate and the two interviewers.
