Interview
USI always kept me up to date on the interview process. Consisted of a phone screening followed by 3-4 interviews with members of the team. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and always took time to answer my questions thoroughly.
Recruiter reach out. Short phone screen. Seemed very set on their criteria. Pretty general screening high level only. They contacted me right after I submitted an online application.
