Was focused on examples of experience and discussing the role and how I could fit. Discussed team and expectations. The interview was informative and fair. Thirty words is a lot.

Very straight forward. The typical interview process. Interviewer is friendly. A couple qualitative question and then a couple analytical question describing the role. As long as you know what you’re talking about you will be fine. Ask questions at the end.

The overall hiring process took about 6 weeks. First had an interview with a recruiter. In-office interviews with several individuals in management as well as the president of the office.
