Interview
There were phone interviews with a number of people in leadership. Everyone was supportive, honest, and friendly. I could tell everyone at the organization was really bought in and open and honest with me about the day to day of the role. They were also very with quick with feedback and next steps.
I responded to an Inmail on LinkedIn asking for a brief call. the Recruiter kindly answered my initial question of salary range for the position, which I appreciated so as not to waste either of our time. I then set up a brief call with her. I was then, very quickly set up with the Hiring Manager.

Great interview process, well executed, informative, manager was very responsive. There were 4 interviews and an assessment provided. The interview process was over 2 weeks and flexible. Expectations were set forth through each step of the interview process and each interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the organization.

Each person described the role and then asked questions on my current role and how it would translate with the role they've described. Expectations on next steps were given at the end of each conversation. There were 4 total calls and each was 15-30 minutes in length.
