USA Triathlon Interview Questions

I was a well qualified candidate for the role and prepared for the initial 15 min interview/phone screening with thoughtful questions, etc. Conversation went well, but I was disappointed to be ghosted with zero feedback or follow up.

There were three rounds of interviews, with a presentation to a panel in the last round. The first round was 30 minutes, the last two were an hour each. It was all done virtually.

Really fast and Impatient interviewer who seemed to be in a rush. Did not feel like she wanted to even perform the interview from the start. You needed to grab her attention quickly.

Casual informational interview. I was asked about my experience and skills that I could bring into the position. I was asked if I knew the software used in the company like slack, Marketo, and Sitecore.

There was no interview process. If you perform well at elite development races, you have the opportunity to qualify for an elite license and race professionally. Alternatively, you can qualify for support through the collegiate recruitment program.

You will more than likely be assigned a project to present once you are selected for the final round.
