I initially received a request to enter my availability and I entered a wide range of times over the following three days. After receiving no response for two days, I updated my availability through the following week. An interview was scheduled finally but I had to request a change due to another meeting being booked during that time. I received no response and had to miss my interview. I received an email three days later to schedule again but then received another email stating that they had moved forward with a short list. As someone who was more than passionate about the organizations mission, I was very disappointed with their lack of organization. I haven’t experienced this method of interview management yet and believe it is merely based on luck and nothing more.
