The interview process was a phone interview with one guy who said he would be my manager. All he asked me was if I met all of the requirements of being a lifeguard. No other question was asked. I should have know then that this was a scam.

Interview
It was fairly easy. Majority of the questions were directly from the packet you had to complete. They then will ask you questions regarding to what you do with your life and other questions they feel needed to determine if you have good character. Just be yourself and politely answer the questions and everything should be fine. The interviewee was really nice and she answered questions I had regarding to the training and how it is like to be a lifeguard.

Interview
Very simple interview process with typical open ended questions. Most of the applicants are teenagers or college students so one can not assume it to be overly thorough. In and out within 15 minutes.
