I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Merrifield, VA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Interview is nice and welcoming they seem more organized then the operation side of things. When you get to your first station most likely won't be anybody there to train you at all

Interview
Easy no face to face everything through email background check, motor vehicle check, then you get a offer for orientation the pre exam easy it changed a little bit, but go in orientation is about 4 days and next week a shallow and you on your own great job
No interview really. Once you get called in they don't even interview you. Just need to pass the background check. I thought I was going to get interviewed but they just finger printed and asked basic questions about yourself. Again it wasn't an interview. I already had the job, they just want to place you where you want to go.
Time consuming. So many hoops and pretest. Lots of steps followed by extremely slow responses back. Time consuming. So many hoops and pretest. Lots of steps followed by extremely slow responses back. Very unexciting too.
