      Interview

Took a while to hear back from them once the req closed. But I was glad I did! Had an initial phone screening with two individuals; since that was successful I had an in-person interview with the manager. The manager was easy to talk to and didn’t make the interview stuffy. I appreciated that a lot.

Purchasing and Supply Management Specialist Interview

      Jun 9, 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service in May 2011

      Interview

Interviewers were dressed very casually, too casually for an interview in my opinion. Behavioral based questions, not really interested in your skills or knowledge. Was not told much about the job and its duties, and was rushed out of the interview room after asking a couple of questions. Not a terrible experience, but could have been better.
