Interview
The interview was a formality. The only thing we did was fill out paperwork to move along the job process. I was asked to head to the police station for fingerprints immediately and I began the first shadow day a week later.
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
