Interview
Filled out an online application, took a personality test, took and exam at a nearby location, got an email for an interview for a week later, was about 30 people for a group interview, group interview had the supervisors tell a little bit about the job after that we were taken individually by a tour supervisor for the interview, interview was fairly easy were just yes or no questions, got the job and will do drug and background check a week from today.

Very easy interview. Group interview style simple questions. About three questions. Long process if hired in holiday season. Make sure to bring in your resume so they have something to reference to when asking questions
Hard work great pay, long hours without notice. Loads are super heavy very long hours unprofessional supervisors. People steal at this job have to be very careful with your belongings. They will not rewind the cameras they know the facility is full of thieves they even steal from customers

No interview, just online test. Asked most of my coworkers if they had to give an interview and they said no.just make sure you do good on the test when you fill out the application
