Process was fairly quick. Applied on 3/13 and by 3/29 I had an interview. When I got to the building it appeared to be between 100-150 people. After I was seated there was approx 50 people there. I interviewed first with HR, then the Post Master. He asked a few quick questions and was thorough about the position. He told me that he was going to strongly recommend me and the interview was over.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
