I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Waterloo, IA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Group session of filing out lots of forms prior to one on one interview with HR personnel. Since I applied for the holiday seasonal work initially, I was told I'd be hired after the first interview. Further employment after Christmas rush would be determined by my work performance during the 6-7 week "trial period". My 30 and 60 day reviews were very good.

Question 1
"If you are told to do something by one Supervisor and 10 minutes later another Supervisor tells you to do something else, what do you do?"(believe me, this happens a lot )
Group interview, very easy, few questions asked. Hired everyone from the group. Expectations were not properly set on workload. The questions were surface level and did not clearly specify the job desires and needs.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Edison, NJ) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was easy. When you apply on the company’s website there will be an assessment that will determine your skills and qualifications. Once you pass there a few step after that before you start.
Casual and polite- I received a tour of the facility at the beginning, which helped me get a feel for the job, and then we moved into an office for the interview portion.
