intense interview process, you go through a physical evaluation as well as a psychological evaluation. there's a lot of exercise involved in preparation for boot camp. The recruiters will guide you and answer any questions you may have and will definitely help you get prepared for boot camp.
Meet with your local Marine Corps recruiter and discuss your goals and aspirations for the future and hear about how the Marine Corps can assist you in meeting those goals. You also learn about other things the Marine Corps has to offer like benefits, and such.

Got in contact with a recruiter and went in, no real interview process. Talked about core values and other Marine Corps related beliefs. Also talked about MOS preference. Recruiters are there to sell you on the Marine Corps but generally do not lie (maybe embellish a little).

Board Interview consisting of members of your chain of command. Usually the questions will consist of job knowledge and marine corps knowledge. You'll also be rated on you military presence, bearing, and appearance.
