Long process. Phone interview then onsite interview. The onsite was very laid back, mostly just wanting to get to know me personally. The only downside was the length. I applied in September and didn't hear back until January.
The interview was easy and comfortable. I learned a lot about what the job entails and what would be expected of me in the role. I was also able to share quite a bit about my experience and how I would be the best fit for the role.
