      Forestry Technician Interview

      Jun 6, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at US Forest Service (Houston, TX) in May 2018

      Interview

Phone interview for a position listed for Recent Graduates. It was a mass hiring event supposedly, so my interviewer was located in Idaho and had no specifics about the position and couldn't answer many questions. She read questions from the list they provided her, and after the interview it was out of her hands and she would not be updated as to my status. I was told that calls with offers would be made in a few weeks between a Monday and Friday, and that I would have only 1 hour to accept the position or they would move onto another candidate.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would someone who knows you describe you? How do you feel about working in interdisciplinary teams?
