I applied online. I interviewed at US Defense Intelligence Agency in May 2026
Interview
You don't interview for a specific job, instead you interview to be in the hiring pool from which you might be offered an internship opportunity for a role on a team. The interview is recording your live STAR question answers and Q&A.
1. How do you prioritize when managing multiple projects. 2. Walk me through a project you have done from initial concepts to final results. 3. Tell me about your preferred role in a team dynamic. How do you handle receiving and providing feedback when working in a team. 4. Describe a time you had to explain a complex technical concept to someone without a science background. 5. Give an example of a time you faced a challenge, and what did you learn from it.

Interview

It has been good so far. I heard back for my interviews about 2 months after applications were submitted and am preparing for said interviews currently. Will update my experience afterwards.
