arranged a meeting with the recruiter to ask about the options in the reserve and future career benefits and the recruiter was very clear, very transparent. Very happy and pleased with that.

Can be long depending on careeerfield. Recruiters have quotas and jobs to fill. If you go in looking for one of their in demand jobs it can be quick.jobs that are less in demand by the air force can take a while to pop up and some recruiters will only work with people looking for in demand jobs.
