Interview
It was general yet specific in nature. There were routine questons about experience and skills set for the job applied for. Also it encompassed interpersonal skills to assess an applicants fit in to the corporation. Further questions were what would the applicant bring to the company to help it achieve its goals for success.
it was really straight forward and easy to do. great place to work at. You talk to several people and then they decide at the end of the day if you will go to the next round.

Panel type interview. 3 people on the panel, with one being the manager of the department. The other 2 are from other departments. 15 minutes were given for the interview.

What does Information Assurance mean to you, and what are the responsibilities of an IA professional?
Just have security plus and basic knowledge of IT.
And an understanding of the UCMJ . This is as a military member . This is not form civilian aspect .
